Project: Dr. Rodney Southern
Danville Business Advisors represented Dr. Rodney Southern in his purchase of an existing office condominium in Anderson, SC, that was converted to an office for his endodontics practice while he continued to practice in West Virginia.
Also, Danville selected and managed the general contractor that was hired to renovate and upfit the premises for Dr. Southern’s practice. Danville also prepared loan submission packages for the real estate, equipment and operating loans and negotiated financing for the project for Dr. Southern.
